Jul 12, 2010 - UKRC submission on Health and Safety and the 'compensation culture'
Former Cabinet minister Lord Young has been appointed by Prime Minister David Cameron to undertake a review of the operation of health and safety and the growth of the 'compensation culture'. Lord Young's report to the Prime Minister is expected in summer, and will investigate concerns over the application and perception of health and safety legislation.
The UK Rehabilitation Council has recently submitted its views on Health and Safety and the compensation culture to the Cabinet Office. A copy of this submission can be downloaded below. To read more about the Young Review, click here.
